Oculus User Research

At Oculus I was part of the user research and insights team.

I designed and conducted research studies: methods included contextual enquiries and observations (in-home visits), semi-structured interviews, diary studies, card sorting, surveys and focus groups. I engaged with designers and product manager to define key research questions, analysed data, and presented findings and actionable recommendations to wider teams.

Additionally, I lead and managed bi-weekly usability studies for Oculus software products.
