At Simba I am the research lead within the digital product team.
Here my role is to understand more about our current and future customers.
I designed and conducted numerous longitudinal studies with methods including contextual enquiries, ethnographic field work (in the UK and also abroad), semi-structured interviews, diary studies, surveys, focus groups and participatory design workshops.
I currently lead a research team of 2 researchers and partner closely with designers (UX and physical product), prototypers, engineers and product managers to support with research needs.
In addition to exploratory research studies I’ve set up and lead the rolling research programme consisting of bi-weekly usability studies.
